They have just announced the location for Worlds in 2009 - it will be in Canmore, Alberta again! I am so excited I can't sleep!!
Third times the charm? I am counting on it. My first race in Canmore a wicked crash pushed me out of the race after 12 painful hours of riding. My second race I ate too much and my stomach took me out of the race for 8 hours. This year I will return with a revised 'no crash' policy and an updated eating plan ... it's going to be my year!!!
Frase has already agreed to support me so I'll have the best support staff around. I'm getting the 2009 Faze from Norco, I am getting full support from Samammish Valley Bicycles ... I have no excuses!!
Ok, off to try to sleep ... feels like I am 8 years old and Christmas is tomorrow!
