- it feels like 'home' :)
- the main room downstairs (kitchen, eating, great rooms) feature a wall of windows looking out the backyard into protected greenspace that is a marsh! Amazing. You can hear crickets and frogs and see birds, deers, and other critters playing! so fun!
- we live next to Marymoor park - in fact, it is our back yard!
- we live 1 mile from the bike 'trail', and there is a really wide bike lane all the way there
- we have community lake access ... and a boat dock!
- we got to pick out the floors, cabinets, counter tops, tile, etc! and we love it!
